Which cocktails does Taverne Paulus serve?
The list includes the Pornstar Martini, Moscow Mule, Apple Whisky Sour, Amaretto Sour, Old Friend and Espresso Martini. We also have spritzes as an aperitif and three gin & tonics.
Do you have alcohol-free cocktails?
Yes. We have four mocktails: Apple Spice Mule 0.0, Pornstar Martini 0.0, Red Elderflower 0.0 and a Seedlip 42 Gin-Tonic 0.0. Among the aperitifs you’ll also find the alcohol-free Winter Pear Spritz.
Which gin & tonics do you serve?
We serve three gin & tonics with Fever Tree tonic: the Classic with cucumber and rosebuds, the Butterfly with dried blackberries and mint, and the Pink Floral with raspberries and rosebuds.
What is the Paulus Spritz?
Our own spritz, with Licor 43, lime juice and Pink Grapefruit soda.
Does the cocktail list change?
Yes. Our aperitifs change with the seasons, so there’s regularly something new on the list.
Can I come in just for a cocktail?
Of course. Take a seat at the bar or at a table, you’re welcome for just a drink too. We also have finger food to share.
